4Rs Indie Film Fest
On Sunday, March 22nd, the NC Climate Justice Collective (CJC) will present a celebration of independent filmmaking and community voices at our annual 4Rs Indie Film Fest (4RIFF). By showcasing content captured with a mobile phone, this Festival offers an accessible outlet for storytelling to highlight and nurture the immense creative power of our communities.
4RIFF is based on NC Climate Justice Collective’s 4Rs Framework of Social Transformation. The Festival will feature the submissions of our finalists in each of our three categories exploring the theme “Best Me, Better We”. We are awarding $2500 in prizes for the winner and honorable mention in each category, a staff pick, and the best overall selection. We will also have a special presentation from the CJC staff.
The Festival will take place at 6pm on March 22nd at ATC Theatre, 320 Blackwell St, Suite 101 in Durham, NC. Popcorn will be served and drinks will be available for purchase.
